Questions about n8n
n8n, Zapier, or Make?
It depends on the case, and sometimes the honest answer is Zapier. The short rule: a few simple connections, Zapier; business logic, volume, or a growing monthly bill, n8n. We published a full comparison, linked at the bottom of this page.
Where does n8n run?
On hosting we manage, with backups and monitoring included in the support plan, or on your own server if your team prefers. Either way the workflows are exportable.
What happens when a workflow breaks?
Automations break silently when a tool changes its rules. That's why support plans include monitoring and alerts: we find out before your customers do.
Do you work on workflows I already have?
Yes. We audit what exists, document it, stabilize it, and build on top. You don't need to start from zero to get order.
