Who we are

Data Quimbaya is the trade name of DataQuimbaya, LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its address at 1021 E Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY 82001. It is an automation and AI consultancy for small businesses operated by Lizandro Ruiz, with clients in the United States and Colombia. Any questions about these terms: hello@dataquimbaya.com.

The services

We offer process automation, websites, AI WhatsApp agents, and the Automation Map ($97 USD). The scope, price, and dates of each project are agreed in writing before we start. Prices published on the site are starting points ('from') and the final price depends on each case.

The WhatsApp agent

When you message our WhatsApp number, an automated AI assistant may reply. The agent asks questions to understand your case, books calls, and hands you to a human when needed. Its answers are informational and do not constitute legal, accounting, or financial advice.

Payments and refunds

Payments for projects are made by wire transfer to our United States bank account, or by credit card. The Automation Map ($97 USD) is the exception: it is paid online at the moment of purchase, processed by PayPal, and you can pay by card without holding a PayPal account. The Automation Map is fully credited toward your first project and comes with a guarantee: if we study your operation and find nothing worth automating, we refund your money. For projects, the total cost is agreed in writing before we start building.

Ownership of deliverables

What we build for you (website, domain, workflows, agents, documents) is yours once the project is paid. The content of dataquimbaya.com (copy, brand, design) belongs to Data Quimbaya and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

We work to professional standards, but no software is free of failures. Our liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not responsible for indirect damages or for outages of third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Meta, PayPal, hosting providers).

SMS Messaging Notice

DataQuimbaya, LLC sends SMS text messages only to confirm, remind you about, or reschedule a meeting that you agreed to during a phone call with us. This notice explains how that messaging program works.

• Who sends the messages: DataQuimbaya, LLC, 1021 E Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States.
• Type of messages: transactional only. Appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and rescheduling notices for a meeting you already agreed to. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, we do not send cold or unsolicited messages, and we do not buy, sell, or rent contact lists.
• How consent is obtained: verbally, during a phone call in which you agree to a meeting and provide your mobile number for the purpose of receiving the confirmation. Calls are recorded, and that recording is our record of your consent. Consent is not collected on this website, and agreeing to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
• Message frequency: approximately 1 to 3 messages per scheduled appointment, depending on whether the meeting is rescheduled.
• Message and data rates may apply. Standard charges from your mobile carrier may apply to messages you receive.
• How to opt out: reply STOP to any message. Your opt-out is processed automatically and immediately, you will receive one final message confirming it, and you will not receive further SMS from us unless you provide consent again.
• How to get help: reply HELP to any message, or email lizandro@dataquimbaya.com.
• Support contact for this messaging program: lizandro@dataquimbaya.com.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we update the date above and, where applicable, notify you through the usual contact channels.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. For any question or claim, let's talk first: hello@dataquimbaya.com. We respond within 24 business hours.
