Sales follow-up · Nothing goes cold

The leads who asked for a price and went quiet. Followed up without you remembering.

Most small businesses do not lose sales because the pitch was wrong. They lose them because the second message never went out. This builds the second message, the third one, and the record of what happened.

Priced per project, after the free assessment. If you would rather see the numbers before committing to anything, start with the $97 Automation Map: it tells you what this is worth in your business before you spend more than $97 finding out.

What I build

Four pieces that stop the leak

Follow-up that goes out on its own

A sequence that reaches every lead who went quiet — WhatsApp, email, or both — spaced the way a person would do it if a person had the time. It stops the moment they reply.

Qualification before you spend time

Every incoming lead gets asked what actually decides whether they are worth a call: budget, timing, what they need. You get them sorted, not in the order they arrived.

Everything lands in your CRM

HubSpot, Pipedrive, a Google Sheet, or whatever you already use. The contact, the conversation, and the stage, written automatically. Nobody retypes anything.

Reminders and a weekly number

Reminders before appointments so people show up, and one report a week: leads in, leads answered, leads booked, leads lost and where.

Who this is for

Built for small businesses that run on messages

Most of the businesses I work with are service businesses: salons and barbershops, auto shops, contractors, immigration agencies, small clinics, agencies. Two to twenty people. The owner is still the person customers ask for. Nobody has a spare hour to sit in a dashboard.

  • Someone writes at 9pm and nobody answers until morning
  • The quote went out and nobody followed up
  • The same five questions, answered by hand, every single day
  • Bookings living in a notebook, a phone, and someone's memory

Prices are in USD, work happens on US business hours, and the WhatsApp line is a US number.

How it goes

Three steps, and it runs by itself

  1. 01

I watch how leads reach you today

Where they come in, who answers, what gets written down and what does not. This is the part most people skip, and it is where the leak usually turns out to be.

  2. 02

    We write the sequence together

In your words, not in agency language. You approve every message before a single one goes to a real customer.

  3. 03

    It connects and starts running

Hooked up to your WhatsApp, your calendar, and your CRM. I monitor it and tune it with the conversations it actually has.

What people ask about automated follow-up

Is this spam?

No. It only reaches people who contacted you first, it stops the second they reply or ask it to, and every message says who it is from. Follow-up that annoys people costs you the customer, which defeats the purpose.

What if I do not have a CRM?

Then we start with a Google Sheet, and it works fine. Most businesses this size do not need a CRM until they can see how many leads they were actually losing. When you outgrow the sheet, the migration is part of the work.

How is this different from the WhatsApp agent?

The agent answers the people who write to you. This chases the ones who stopped writing. They are the two halves of the same problem and they work best together, but either one works on its own.

Do I keep control of what gets sent?

You approve every message in the sequence before it goes live, and you can pause or edit any of it at any time. Nothing reaches a customer that you have not read first.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many sources your leads come from and what has to be connected, so it gets quoted per project after the free assessment — fixed and in writing before I build anything. Most implementations that connect several pieces land between $1,000 and $5,000. If you want the number before committing, the $97 Automation Map gets you there.

Not sure this is where your money is leaking?

The $97 Automation Map looks at your whole operation and tells you which three processes are worth automating first, with costs. It is credited in full toward whatever you build afterward.

Count the quotes you sent last month that nobody chased.

Then multiply by your average sale. That number is what this costs you every month it stays manual. Free assessment, no obligation.
