Two different things inside the same plan. Work hours are for new development: an extra flow, a script change, an idea you want to test. Fault fixing does not consume those hours and has no cap: if something that was already working stops working, I fix it at no charge. You will never have to budget hours to ask that something that should be running gets repaired.
Prepay 3, 6, or 12 months and take 15% off. The monthly plan has no lock-in clause and cancels with 30 days' notice.
If you'd rather not take a plan
A valid option, laid out with total clarity:
Hosting alone
$5 USD per automation per month, on my infrastructure. Includes hosting and monitoring only.
Any intervention
$75 USD per hour, one hour minimum. Fixing, changing, or improving: everything bills by time.
Host it yourself
You can also run your own server (VPS) with your website and automations and manage it yourself. If you go that route, I recommend Hostinger. My professional recommendation is still my infrastructure: no server to maintain, and monitoring is already in place.
